The story of Ruva Fashion began in 2019 with a simple mission: to empower women through creativity. Our founder, Vaishali Prabakaran, launched the Ruva Fashion YouTube channel to solve a common problem—the high cost of intricate blouse embroidery.

By teaching women how to create stunning Aari designs on stitched blouses using a normal needle, Vaishali turned an expensive luxury into an accessible skill. Sale and Purchase of Goods Agreement to Sell: Ruva Fashion ("Seller") agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window ("Checkout"). Purchase Price: The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on the website at the time of the transaction.

3. Product Accuracy and Color Disclaimer Cotton Sarees: Many of our sarees are cotton fabric partial handwoven or involve traditional printing techniques. Small irregularities in the weave, print, mud stain, minor thread gap and oil marks or embroidery misalignment are not considered defects but are hallmarks of handcrafted products. Color Variation: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography, lighting, and variations in monitor settings, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

4. Orders and Pricing All prices are listed in INR (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or in the event of a pricing error. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery Timelines: Domestic deliveries typically take 3–7 business days depending on the location. International Shipping: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. 6. Returns and Exchanges Policy To maintain the highest quality standards, our return policy is as follows: Eligibility: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of delivery. Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process any claim regarding a damaged product or an incorrect item, an uncut unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory. Without this video, we cannot entertain claims of damage or missing items. Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, washed, or altered (including sarees with Falls/Peco or customized blouses) are not eligible for return. Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or under special promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
